My role and process:

• Conducted and analysed in-depth interviews to uncover motivations, fears, and habits related to GenAI use.
• Co-authored a report with next-step recommendations and personas reflecting differences between user segments in GenAI adoption.

Project delivered as part of my full-time role at Allegro (internal product work).

What I Iearned:

• Patterns behind GenAI adoption — from early enthusiasm to hesitation and long-term integration.
• How to balance realistic limitations with optimism when designing for change.
• Combining two perspectives — these qualitative first-hand insights and an in-depth desk research for a development initiative focused on raising AI competencies among UX designers — gave me a wide-angle view of users' interaction with genAI tools, especially for professional use.
