Project goal:

Create a cross-platform system for managing travel expenses that simplifies complex business processes and improves user efficiency and support compliance. Aimed for enterprise expenses transformation. B2B, SaaS product. 

My role & process:

• I delivered UI main concepts and coordinated design delivery of the main components in our team.  
• I consulted the UX decisions and successfully advocated for usability testing. 
• I worked closely with UX researchers suggesting solutions based on research recommendations. .

What the project gained:

Usability testing was introduced for the first time, resulting in clearer information hierarchy and smoother navigation for professional users. A design system was created. 

What I have learned:

• How to design within technically complex, data-heavy systems that merge financial logic, workflows, and UX design constraints.
• Never to assume that domain experts always understand domain terms — Mindento showed me that specialist users can struggle with terminology more than we could expect.
