Project goal:

Identify professional growth needs of UX designers across Allegro and design a learning framework supporting long-term skill development.

My role & process:

I initiated and led a project group conducting a mixed-methods study exploring development needs among UX designers (inside and outside of Allegro). In the next steps we have prepared a report and recommendations based on the study analysis, and used them to improve the internal UX Learning Day, which I have also co-organized.

Project delivered as part of my full-time role at Allegro (internal product work). 

What the project gained:

A research-based understanding of UX team learning priorities and a scalable model for continuous development.

What I have learned:

• How to turn research insights into organizational design improvements and culture-building actions. 
• First-hand insights into how to support UX professionals’ development.
